Alison Czeczuga


About:

Alison Czeczuga is currently serves as the Director of Sustainability & Social Impact at Gaia Herbs, a legacy herbal supplement brand, and certified B Corp™. She has dedicated her career of over 15 years to working at the intersection of community development, sustainable and ethical business operations, and personal and planetary health. Prior to joining Gaia Herbs, Alison spent 15 years working across business, non-profit, and government sectors in various capacities to develop programs that improve the economic and ecological livelihood of producer communities around the world, with much of her work focusing on sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean.

At Gaia Herbs, she leads the sustainability strategy across the company to advance the mission of connecting people, plants, and planet to create healing. This includes initiatives centered on advancing community health and wellbeing, environmental regeneration, and fair and ethical trade.
