About:

Dr. Patricia Kaufman has been providing functional nutrition services since 2015. Dr. Kaufman, as a licensed dietitian nutritionist (LDN) is focused on chronic conditions and improving athletic performance. Personalized nutrition, lifestyle enhancements, and botanicals are her methods to guide individuals towards optimized health and performance. Dr. Kaufman dissertation was focused on dietary adherences in adults with type 2 diabetes. Dr. Kaufman is a true believer in supporting her community by providing supporting the Harvest Food Sharing program, conducting various seminars on nutrition for high school athletes and grade schoolgirls on body image, and volunteering as an educator for the Fit and Food Connection, a non-profit organization providing one-on-one nutrition consultation to adults. Dr. Kaufman is an endurance athlete and has completed in over 20 marathons and 4 full ironman events. She is on a quest to complete the Six Major Marathons that spans the World.
