Participants will learn Ayurveda’s historical and philosophical foundations, diagnostic frameworks, and treatment modalities, while also reviewing modern clinical research supporting its relevance in integrative medicine today. The course emphasizes practical applications, including diet, lifestyle, and case study integration, giving practitioners tools to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into patient care.
