Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Wiggins is a licensed professional counselor and licensed school counselor with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. She has extensive experience in counselor training, supervision, and program leadership. Her professional achievements include presenting research at local, state, and national conferences, contributing to several textbooks including a forthcoming book on supervision for school counselors, and developing innovative curriculum. Dr. Wiggins is passionate about counselor development, holistic wellness, and the integration of creative and evidence-based interventions such as CBT and aromatherapy into counseling practice.
