Beyond Bone Mineral Density: How to Assess and Reduce Osteoporosis Fracture Risks
In this continuing education program, Dr. Neustadt addresses why osteoporosis is often undertreated and how to improve patient outcomes. You’ll learn how to quickly assess fracture risk using standard intake forms and noninvasive, in-office testing, reframe patient conversations away from bone density and surrogate markers to focus on fracture prevention and empowering patients, and interpret bone health and osteoporosis research to make better clinical decisions.
