About

Jennifer Alfrey is a successful product innovation and quality-focused executive with 25 years’ experience in the dietary supplement, health and wellness industry. She has developed and brought to market over 100 unique products as dietary supplements, food bars, functional beverages and personal care products. This includes enhancing and reformulating dozens of products and creating multiple versions of formulations to be compliant with global regulatory requirements. Jennifer has successfully registered products in countries around the world including Japan, Australia, Canada, Europe Brazil, India, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia and countries throughout Africa, South America and Asia. Jennifer has also built cGMP compliant quality management systems from the ground up for dietary supplement companies and is a former NSF GMP Auditor.

Jennifer is currently serving as the Sr Director Global Nutritionals, PMO and NPD Process at Mary Kay, Inc. She is responsible for both the Global Nutrition division and the project management teams. Within the Global Nutrition division, she oversees Research & Development, Technical marketing, Product Surveillance and Regulatory Affairs of the nutritional products globally.
