Samantha Ann Higgins LPC

Samantha Ann Higgins, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, clinical supervision, and higher education. She currently serves as the Behavioral Health Director at Jacob’s Hope, where she oversees clinical programming, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care.

In addition to her leadership role, Samantha has extensive experience in clinical supervision across multiple agencies, providing mentorship, training, and oversight to both licensed and associate-level clinicians. She has a strong background in assessment, crisis intervention, substance use treatment, and program development, and has been recognized for implementing staff wellness initiatives that improve morale and retention.

Samantha’s combined experience in academia and clinical leadership allows her to bridge theory and practice, preparing students to become competent, ethical, and compassionate counselors.
