About: 

Dr. Hanna has been working as a nurse for over 25 years and currently teaches part-time at Sonoran University, Chamberlain University and Monterey Peninsula College. She came to nursing with a strong background and education in the social services field.

She is nationally certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), is a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) and nationally certified in Holistic Nursing and Health and Wellness Coaching. She is dedicated to promoting a culture of inquiry, a commitment to excellence, and a caring heart in nursing. Originally from Montreal, she lived in a 100-year old log cabin in Carmel Valley, California for 20 years before moving to Scottsdale Arizona where she now lives with her husband, son, and rescue doggie Costa. She enjoys swimming and spending time with family. She also really enjoys good British mysteries on PBS along with a strong pot of black tea and milk!
