About:

Chanelle DeGraff is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Maryland and Illinois, focusing on gut health, autoimmune conditions, and women’s wellness. She empowers clients and graduate students through evidence-based, personalized nutrition plans, intuitive eating, and whole foods, drawing on her expertise in clinical nutrition, fasting protocols, and brain neurotransmitters. Dr. DeGraff is an experienced educator with nearly 20 years of experience in nutrition communication, community education, and professional practice, helping others improve their health and relationship with food. Her goal is to foster independent, lifelong wellness by giving individuals the tools to advocate for their health, prepare nourishing meals, and make informed lifestyle choices.
